Luke Triton - Professor Layton series.
I wasn't going to include him because he's a video game character.. BUT! The animated cutscenes, and the fact there's an entirely animated movie told me it was okay. Also.. he's a cutie so hey why not.

Yuki Nagato - The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
The lovely alien girl of the S.O.S Brigade. 2 seasons and a movie! (and like 2 "digest" series online.) Haruhi's grip on the masses is large, and many people have this cutie as their "Waifu 4 lyf"

Tony Tony Chopper - One Piece
A cute lil reindeer doctor! How adorable!! But while he's cute in this form, he shouldn't be mistaken for someone weak. He's very skilled in many things.

Meowth - Pokemon
The only pokemon who can speak the human language WITHOUT use of telepathy (Unless slowking from movie 2 counts.. but er..yeah movie canon is different from main series canon BUT! I digress)
This trickster is a member of Team Rocket, and dreams of one day being his boss' favorite.
