Hello! With the new school year fast approaching a lot of neat-o things will be underway.
First up, we'll have to pick the new meeting days! Of course, that would be after everybody chooses their schedules. Class is, after all, super important.

Secondly; You might have noticed the new theme. I chose a theme that wasn't super pink and cutesy and girly. This time, it's Dangan Ronpa. Why? Because it's a very popular and very awesome series from this summer so it seemed suitable.

Third; This school year, I will be the VP of our lil club. And I must say that I have a lot of very fun plans in store for our little club. Of course, this means that we'll probably no longer spend most of our time watching various random youtube videos. (I suppose we could still have random video days once in awhile though.)

Fourth: If you have any ideas for events, activities, and the like for club meetings, please refer to the club ideas forum.
This year I want to make our lil forum a more active part of our club information network. I hope you all do the same as well.
As great as Facebook is, I think a forum is a better place to share ideas and stuff. (But maybe I'm bias because I put so much work into it lol)

Now I have a few questions for you all!

1) Should we expand to other social media platforms? (Tumblr, Twitter, etc.)
2) Would you be interested in a monthly podcast for our little club? One that featured reviews for anime and games, as well as brief recaps for events and major stuff that happened, as well as information regarding upcoming club events?
3)What sort of things would you like to see this year?

OMG I love this series. I would really like to do podcasts, though to be honest, I have absolutely no idea how those work. But if it's for reviews, hey... I watch a stupid amount of anime all year round, so I'd be in on that kind of thing.

Okay! so that's one for the podcast! It'd just be reviews and news and stuff.But, we'd be trying our best to make it a good listening experience.

@Battousai: hey dude, ya snooze ya lose. The blood bath was crazyyy heads were rolling everywhere! and it took 4 days to clean up all the blood. It was insane.

I can't really picture anyone being in a blood bath, just doesn't seem natural, but meh if that's what happened sounds fun.

I am very excited for the new year! I think more twitter stuff would be a good idea considering it is pretty simple to use and quick so it's a good quick way to interact. This years gonna be fun!

pshh twitter isn't lame. Twitter is very popular. So, like if enough people want me to make one I'll make one. :3 and just use it to post updates and stuff.

I would like to see more group activities or interactions this year. I feel that is what interests people to come to the meetings more often. Watching episodes is nice and all but not more than half the time.

It's a good thing I got like actual activities and stuff in mind (Like murder mystery parties, and game days and other cool stuff.)
If anybody has any ideas for activities and stuff, just put 'em in the club ideas subforum~ I can guarantee that they will all be looked at and taken into consideration.

We should all plan a trip to Chinatown Toronto and go to this Kareoke Bar Sarah and I found.

Oh and I might try and make it to ckub meetings this time around.

Oh man I love Chinatown~ They have such great stuff.
But that would be a pretty cool trip. I'll have to bring it up with Maria of course, and we'd have to pick a good day (Most likely a saturday or something. because I dunno weekends seem the smartest for trips outta town ya know?)

There is a karaoke bar downtown that we should look into. If it turns out decent it would be much simpler for us to get to and not to mention cheaper. I agree with Susheeee that we need more activities to keep people interested in going to meetings. I am glad that is a concern.

I also think it is worth mentioning that we should all try and make sure to involve newer members and talk to them and stuff. In situations like that sometimes I feel we risk looking like such a close group new people find going to meetings intimidating. I don't think it will be an issue but it's something to keep in mind.
